Attention: These exercises must be pain-free, if it’s painful, try to modify the exercise, if it’s still painful, skip the exercise. DO NOT PUSH THROUGH THE PAIN.

Wall squat

Hip glute stretch

Tip: If you have pain that’s referred below the knee or if you are unable to sleep due to the pain, or if you have pins and needles or numbness in your feet, don’t try the exercises, rather - see your GP for advice and help with pain management before attending a physiotherapist.
