Pre / Post-Operative Rehabilitation

Post-op rehab is a vital part of getting you as close as possible to normal after surgery. Resting is not a good idea as it simply means your muscles are getting weaker and atrophy, so when the post-op inflammation is down, your body is weaker and rehab is bound to take much longer.
